Lili John

Lili John is a contemporary Ceramist, Mix Media Artist, Art Instructor & Facilitator, and Author who resides in Totnes, Devon. Lili often takes inspiration from her dual heritage. I’m Celtic and African and those two cultures combined with my love for nature inspires me to create unique artwork which tells a story. Lili began her pottery journey in the 1980s when she left Wales to study antique porcelain restoration in London. Lili sells her work worldwide and she teaches ceramics and runs pottery workshops and events both online and in-person. Lili is also a Trustee for DAISI Arts in Exeter.

Additionally, in 2017 she set up and now runs a woman’s Art cooperative which promotes artwork created by talented women artists who reside in Devon.
