Our Membership Benefits and Fees are detailed below.
To become a member, please choose one of the following options:
- Join online: Complete the electronic form below and pay securely online.
- Join by post/email: Download, complete, and return our Application Form. Use this option if you prefer to pay by cheque, bank transfer, or standing order.
Save on your membership: Setting up a recurring Standing Order entitles you to a discounted rate.
After You Apply
Once your application is submitted, our team will get to work:
- Two confirmation emails: You will receive separate emails from our Admin team and our Membership Secretary.
- First-time login: Please wait until you have received both emails before attempting to log in for the first time.
- Processing time: Our Association is run by volunteers who process requests as quickly as possible. Please allow a few days for your welcome emails to arrive.
Membership Fees & Timing
- Annual renewals: Subscriptions are payable annually on 1st January.
- Mid-year discount: If you join between 1st June and 31st October, you will only be charged half the annual rate for the remainder of the year.
- Late-year applications: If you join after 31st October, your payment will cover your full membership for the entire following calendar year.

Student Membership *Full time students are entitled to free membership | £0 |
Ceramics Apprentice *Full-time ceramics apprentices are entitled to free membership | £0 |
* Students must be full-time at school or college. Please provide the name of where you study and a note of the course(s). Apprentices should be in full-time employment with an accompanying skills development programme. Please provide the name of the potter with whom you are apprenticed.
