Dorset Sculptor
| I have worked in the creative industries almost all my working life and have recently, in the last year, found ceramics and, in particular, sculpting. My sculpting has taken off with me selling quite a few pieces and taking part in some ceramic markets and exhibitions along the Dorset coast. I’ve already been commissioned for a number of pieces by people across Europe, so it all looks extremely hopeful that I can look forward to a future of doing what I love.
I’m inspired by the West Coast of England and the potters and sculptors of this area. Most people who see and buy my work say it is distinctive, and I hope to develop that further. I am in the process of building a studio in my garden and now have my wonderful kiln, so I’m all set for many years to come, sculpting, making, and hopefully selling. |
