"inspiration from the local Devon land and seascapes and from travels around the Mediterranean and North Africa"

I utilise hand-building techniques with stoneware or paper-clay and fire in an electric kiln. I create manipulated moulded form vessels, coil pots, rustic jewellery and figurative or quirky sculptural objects. My varied background includes interior design, dealing in antique textiles and decorative objects and now as a psychotherapist. These influences emerge in my creative work as well as inspiration from the local Devon land and seascapes and from travels around the Mediterranean and North Africa. I work in my home studio based on the South Devon coast in Shaldon.
