I make coil built trinket pots with textured bases and decorative lids, but more recently I’ve been making porcelain tea light houses highlighted with gold lustre. I enjoy creating work with fine detail and textures in the form of birds, topiary, trees or plants which are inspired by my love of the countryside and gardens. Some of the textures become visible when the candle light shines through the thin porcelain walls. I can work from photos of a house frontage to make an individual piece for a clients own home and garden.
