Alchemy Tiles – Mel Chambers

Alchemy Tiles is a Cornwall-based studio creating bespoke, hand-carved encaustic tiles using revived 13th-century techniques. Each tile is carved freehand, never painted, embedding colour and pattern into the clay itself. Working with private clients, designers, and architects, the studio creates one-of-a-kind installations for kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, and architectural features, timeless, soulful surfaces made to be lived with and loved.
