I am a partially retired art teacher living in rural Cornwall now enjoying the time and head space to create and play. I make hand built stoneware, trying to achieve a fusion of lively surface effects with satisfying forms.
I love experimenting and my work is wide- ranging. Main inspirations are folk art; antique objects and fabrics; Japanese art; pattern; the natural world and my wild unruly garden.
