Studio available to rent

Owing to personal circumstance changes I am moving out of my fully equipped pottery studio by end August 2025.  I am looking for a potter to take on the lease around end August and minimum lease commitment would be 1 year.

Here are the details:

Studio size: around 3.5 x3.5m

Studio location: Bransford  WR6 5JB (Worcestershire)

The studio is located next to an organic café along with other studio holders and it is fitted as maker space & retail unit. The required studio opening hours according to the lease is Tuesday -Friday 10:00-16:00 plus first Sunday of each month (this is when the monthly art & artisan market takes place and this usually attracts around 1000 visitors hence a good day for trading).

As per the pictures (4 in total) the studio is fully equipped including sink/clay trap. Ideally this suits a potter who is looking for a maker studio & retail opportunity and whose work is up to a professional standard  You will be among other studio holders including jewellery marker, illustrators, printer makers etc.

The average monthly rental is £350 including some bills such as heating, electricity and insurance.  The studio has its own meters for water and electricity. For other costs I will provide a quote once you decide what stuff you would like to keep in the studio.
