Invitation to join – The Good Blue News Art Project

As an artist and volunteer for UK’s first (and only!) National Marine Park, Plymouth Sound I am inspired by efforts to restore and renew the ocean and recently started The Good Blue News Art Project as a response to this, especially as stories of ‘good ocean news’ often drown in the daily sea of bad news.

Art is a unique and powerful means to communicate and the Project mission is to harness that power in a way that inspires and motivates action for positive change.

Are you an artist (any medium, location, professional/hobby), who may be interested in joining the Project; learning, creating and sharing stories of ‘good ocean news’, to inspire and motivate – in your own way, from wherever you may be?
